We meet with clients via our office, phone or skype. We get a feel for the goals of the client as well as their business. We put together the broad stroke of what needs to be done for a successful campaign and go over the scope of work involved.
We begin to understand the client's vision for their identity system and the route they want to see their business go.
We then send out a proposal based on the meeting detailing scope, timeline, budget and what the client should expect from us.
At the end of this phase, we move on the design brief where we dive deep into the project from the client's point of view.

What have we gotten ourselves into?
Understanding a target demographic can be tricky for most firms. Here is where our firm's diverse background shines brightest. We put ourselves and our test groups into the shoes of your potential customers.
We review the design brief and correlate between the target demographic, you as a client and ourselves as designers.
We put the brand and attributes and personality on mood boards and stylesheets as a guideline for the overall Identity System. This phase sets the stage for our client's success.

All Together Now
As your firm, we begin to tell the story of your business through visual aesthetics. We speak to your customers before you say hi. They start to know what to expect from your company, but it's up to you to fulfill that expectation.
We work on your messaging. What should your customers feel when they see your logo when they look at your website when they hold your business card?
We revisit the brief and ensure every need is met and every want is acknowledged as experts in design.
All Good Things
We begin to prepare for the presentation. This phase means we check, recheck, design, redesign until we have a system that addresses the target demographic, the client and appropriately designed.
The consistency is brought out in the logo, the messaging, applications, layouts, typeface, and mood of the business. The logo is a reflection of the brand attributes and personality of the brand. We produce a guideline for the Identity design system and then we present to the client.

Further Brand Extentions
The delivery and implementation of the style guides produced are paramount to a design's success. We ask our clients to trust the design and process and whatever you do do not deviate without addressing the prior steps. With this delivery, we push the narrative of standards and requirements to use the systems we have developed.
At times this takes training of the clients to some degree, but we are happy to help.
During this time we also address any future concerns and use of the system.
